- Items marked as SALE or Clearance are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

5. Shipping Policy
We use ground transportation with UPS for standard shipments within the United States. In special cases, we use USPS for select locations.

UPS Ground: Standard shipping within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

Special Cases: USPS shipping is available only for shipments to Puerto Rico, Canada, or PO Boxes.
6. Order Issues & Lost Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) for assistance.
- If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
